Awesome matzo spinach pie I made last night for dinner since it's Passover. I decided to serve spaghetti sauce on it so it was more like a lasagna. It was really delicious. Of course I then proceeded to leave the leftovers out on the counter all night so the rest is now in the trash. Figures.

Matzo Spinach Pie
Awesome matzo spinach pie I made last night for dinner since it's Passover. I decided to serve spaghetti sauce on it so it was more like a lasagna. It was really delicious. Of course I then proceeded to leave the leftovers out on the counter all night so the rest is now in the trash. Figures.
